We pride ourselves on being economically and environmentally responsible by shopping at local farmers markets, using sustainable foods, and utilizing environmentally safe products. 

Our business was created on a very grassroots level and though it is growing we make every effort to maintain an organic structure. We are open to challenges and strive to be unique by using our twenty years combined experience to present culturally diverse menu options.
